FAVORITE RECIPES FROM DAYS GONE BY: PART I

Guys, I'm called the Militant Baker for a reason. Not only am I obnoxiously assertive in my political and moral beliefs... but I also know my way around a bakery like nobodies business. I am sung to by sugar and worshiped by flour. It's just the way it is.

I have baked professionally for 6+ years and couldn't count the amount of cakes that I've decorated if I tried. Baking was (and still will be) an amazing part of my life that allowed me to engage in artistic endeavors while paying the bills. And then when I became a Psych/Social Rehabilitation Baker? Well, that was the fucking cherry on top. I've posted a lot of recipes here on TMB and I thought I would share a few of my favorites. All of them equally drool worthy. You're welcome in advance!

 The BEST Chocolate Babka in the world. No, really.

I made hundreds of these Margarita Cupcakes for a challenge last year... and people cried when we ran out.

There is a Part II, and while I don't bake full-time any longer, I can promise you that there will be more baking to come. It will mostly likely few and far in between... but the ones that make it to a post? They'll be fucking great.
