Other than that, use your favorite blueberry pie filling... if you'd like I can share my fav.
The key ingredient of course is fresh jalapeno. I only used one finelyFINELYfinely minced and the impact was great. It was a blueberry pie with a tap on the face afterwards.
I wen through a myriad of options for whipped cream options and since creme fraiche takes too long, I did the next best thing: buttermilk whipped cream.
1 c. heavy whipping cream
3/4 c buttermilk
1/4 c powdered sugar
dash of vanilla.
Whip it in your Kitchenaid until it forms peaks that stay.
Trust me when I say: THIS is good.
