Know whats better than Blueberry Sour Cream Coffeecake?
Nothing.
I was at my absolute favorite cafe this weekend and they had todiefor coffee cake.
It was Orange (fresh) Cranberry, and was like a super-duper-rich dessert.
I was INSPIRED.
I was INSPIRED.
So, this version sounded delicious and it was.
A few tips:
*Less blueberries means less baking time.
More blueberries= more time.
*You can use frozen blueberries instead if you want.
* I baked it for twice as long as it said.
The inside was still gooey when I pulled it out.
BUT, after i pulled it out the second time it was perfect.

*I used extra butter in the streusel so it was bigger version of crumblies.
(and i put it in between the layers because it's delicious)
