Presents from yourself are the best, 'cuz you always get exactly what you want. Also, I usually don't go for doughnuts, but those ones look delectable :)
zomg they're not dry at all! I didn't post the recipe because they were a little too muffin-y for my taste but when I make chocolate ones, you better believe Imma postin' THAT recipe!
I almost impulse bought one of these a couple weeks ago, but instead left the store just with the waffle iron I had gone for. I think if I did not live alone I wouldn't be so worried about having kitchen utensils solely for the purpose of baking (and consuming) too many sweets. Because I would eat them ALL. Point is, you made some yummy lookin' donuts, and I am hungry at my desk at work. Curses!!
Will you post the recipe? I have this same maker and LOVE it!! Your creation looks yummy!! PS Found your from the Sometimes Sweet blog...may the Force be with you!;) Thanks for keeping it real! -Sabrina
Hey! Welcome! I didn't post the recipe because I didn't like it... If you want to recreate it just find a "cake donut" recipe and add a handful of frozen berries! I will post a recipe soon though as soon as I find a good one:)
My sister in law gave me one of these for christmas the year before last. It changed my life. Chocolate cake doughnuts? Yes, please. Tiramisu doughnuts? Don't mind if I do.
WOAH. TIRAMISU DOUGHNUTS?!?!?!?! WHAT?!?!?!? My life now has a gaping void that can only be filled by those. Looks like I'll be donut baking this weekend.
The to me, from me presents are always the best!
